In September 2024, Amandine Drouet bought an old paint and home improvement store in her hometown Henrichemont located in the French Loire Valley. 

The store had been previously run by Jeanne Petit who passed away in 2008. 

She was beloved by her community and the space a landmark where many locals shared great memories. The building dating back from the early 1800 had been left empty for years and required major renovations. 

Amandine is in the process of turning it into an exhibit space to feature her own artwork  as well as making it available for the community at large. 

Espace Petit should be open to the public this year 2026.
